You agree to waive any and all claims that you have or may have in the future against Mountain Guru and their representatives (the Releasees) and to release the releasees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury including death that you may suffer or that your next of kin may suffer as a result of your participation in outdoor activities using information on this website due to any cause whatsoever, including the negligence, breach of contract or breach of any statutory duty of care on the part of the Releasees. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Releasees from any and all liability or personal injury to any third party resulting from your participation in outdoor activities.

Mountain Guru reserves and has the right to sell, license and/or display any advertising, attribution, links, promotional and/or distribution rights in connection with your Content, and Mountain Guru will be entitled to retain any and all revenue generated from any sales or licenses of such advertising, attribution, links, or promotional or distribution rights.
