Hiked part of this trail with my 4 year old son - started off at the lake, took the regional park's trails to just around the Capilano Suspension Bridge area, then joined up with the Capilano Pacific Trail. Lovely hike, my son loved it, so did I!

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover. -- Mark Twain
